Job Title - Driver cum Supervisor
**Responsibilities**:
Driving:Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from project sites.
Adhere to traffic laws and company safety regulations while driving.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Site Supervision:Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
Monitor the progress of work and ensure that tasks are completed as per specifications and quality standards.
Allocate tasks to the team members and provide guidance to ensure smooth workflow.
Act as the point of contact between management, clients, and on-site workers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols on-site.
Keep track of inventory and ensure that all required materials and equipment are available at the site.
Reporting:Provide regular reports to management regarding project progress, challenges faced, and any incidents that occurred on-site.
Keep accurate records of project expenses, resource allocation, and any other relevant data.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Driver and Site Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints is a plus.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to construction sites.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or manual labor.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
