**Description**:
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Coordinator and maintain records and registration renewals of total fleet efficiently and on time.
- Liasie with PRO to maintain the traffic files open at all times.
- Improve the vehicle registration and renewals turnaround time.
- Maintain enhanced records of the fleet documents and provide analysis and reports on the status of the fleet.
- Set up and provide policies & governance rules for fleet services, Experience Feedback, Objectives and KPI monitoring, related to operational performance.
- Be responsible for the fleet management team members and ensure completion of assigned tasks
- Monitor compliance and performance with Group policies procedures & methods.
- Carry out technical and operational activities for fleet management of the Organization’s vehicles (Documentation, legalizations, insurance, claims, maintenance, IPOs, taxes, administrative infractions, fuel, contract management and cost control.
- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations; coordinate with DED, Dubai Police, RTA and other government authorities in various questions related to business objectives
- Maintains online Salik account registration for RSL and other companies
**Fleet maintenance**:
- Oversee and continuously improve processes and procedure in repair and maintenance activities.
- Improve reporting structure and suggest management teams on potential cost saving approached
- Plan a budget for daily/monthly operations, expenditures and analyse all financial objectives; finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
- Oversee activities with regards to the repair and preventive maintenance and replacement of fleet to meet company’s logistics needs
- Oversea activities with regards to preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance to improve the utilization of the vehicles
**Minimum requirement**:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Logistics.
- 3+ years of fleet management experience
- 3+ years of experience in transport industry preferably limousine
- Thorough knowledge of UAE automotive market and vehicle laws and regulations.
**Technical skills and soft skills**:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent customer interaction and Team Development skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to plan and organize effectively
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
