- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
- Create and manage real estate listings for sale.
- Assessing customers' desires and economic capabilities to discover suitable proposals.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, prices, specifications,





and property availability.
- Help sellers in the best way to promote the property to attract advantageous offers.

Qualifications:

- At least 1-2 years experience in a real estate company in Dubai.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English is required.
- Holds a valid driving license in the United Arab Emirates.
- Graduated salary and commission structure of up to 50% dependent on experience for top performers.

(This job is an allowance basis structure and commissions from 35% to 50% depending on the experience of top performers).

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
