**Responsibilities**:
- Creating Social Media content, by taking pictures and videos of Training sessions.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Act as first point of contact for visitors
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Keep inventory tracking records of all members
- Manage the inventory of all the academy supplies
- Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and managing Academy vendors
- Maintaining the sports schedule and responsible for all bookings
- Maintaining records for all customers
- Update calendars and all schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,
transcribing and faxing
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role
- Must be a Sportive person, with Fitness or Martial Arts background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment & Academy supplies
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Has a Passionate interest in Sports, Martial Arts and fitness, And Preferably practicing them.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Owns a car and a driving license.
**Experience**:
- Having a sports/Fitness background & experience
- Front Desk Management experience

**Salary**:
From AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai Marina: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
