**Responsibilities**:






We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager for Student Housing and Accommodation at Synergy University Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of student housing and accommodation services to ensure a comfortable and supportive living environment for our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operations of student housing and accommodation facilities, including dormitories, apartments, and off-campus housing options.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for student housing and accommodation services in compliance with university regulations and standards.
- Coordinate the selection, allocation, and assignment of student housing units, taking into account student preferences, needs, and special accommodations.
- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of student housing facilities, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and repair requests.
- Supervise housing staff, including resident assistants, maintenance personnel, and security staff, and provide training, guidance,





and support as needed.
- Collaborate with university departments and external vendors to provide additional support services to students living in university housing, such as meal plans, laundry facilities, and recreational activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and real estate agencies to secure affordable and suitable off-campus housing options for students.
- Manage the budget for student housing and accommodation services, including monitoring expenses, tracking revenues, and preparing financial reports and projections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student housing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies,





and provide timely and effective assistance and support to students and their families.
- Stay informed about local housing market trends, rental regulations, and housing assistance programs, and make recommendations for improvements to student housing services.

**We are ready to work with you if you have**:

- Proven experience in student housing management, property management, or related fields, preferably in the education or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, staff, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations, rental market dynamics, and property management best practices.
- Proficiency in English (required) and additional languages (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration,





or related field (required); Master's degree or relevant certifications (preferred).
