General Maintenance Supervisor-mep + Civil

General Maintenance Supervisor (URGENT)
- Job Summary : Overall maintenance of Civil & MEP of villas, flats Strong experience in Maintenance of Civil, Mechanical, electrical, plumping within facilities maintenance industry, Strong supervisory skills etc.
- oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)






- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Salary : AED 6000 to 8000 + accommodation
- Job Location - Al Ain
- Education - Diploma in MEP Engineering

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
