General Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling and monitoring the fundamental aspects of our financial record keeping including recording all financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivables, reconciling bank statements.

Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization
- Monitoring Daily Receivables & Outgoing via Day End Report
- Accessing Daily Reports in CRM Based on Revenue Heads
- Inserting Expenses & Receivables in Quick Books
- Cash Credit Card, Bank & PAYPAL Reconciliations
- Editing Expense & Revenue Heads in the CRM
- Submitting Monthly P & L Statements and Balance Sheets






- Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization.
- Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
- Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Develop budgetary plans for processes as per requirement.
- Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
- Collate bank statements on monthly basis.
- Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in company.
- Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
- Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programs.
- Develop and formulate all report and deliver presentation projects for repeated usage.
- Evaluate current methods and processes inclusive of upgradation of process development.

Accountant Requirements:







- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
- Preferably with knowledge in XERO Software
- Awareness of business trends
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues

Bachelor's (preferred)
