**Job Title**: Live-Out Housekeeping Supervisor (Female)

**Location**: Dubai

**Position Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Company Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Working closely with the House Manager to supervise an efficient, organised, conscientious team of 10 household staff
Creating rotas for the household team
Prepare schedules and assign duties to the team
Maintain the inventory of cleaning / laundry supplies
Managing stock levels of household supplies
Arranging efficient reordering when stocks are running low
Hands on housekeeping duties






Assisting / supporting with full housekeeping duties including deep cleaning - Overall responsibility of smooth running of the house
Following specific cleaning procedures especially for high value objects, personal preferences
Replenishing towels and toiletries
Making beds and changing bed linen
Organising wardrobes
Packing and unpacking for travel
Laundry including ironing, hand washing delicate items
Send to drycleaning
Wardrobe experience
Reporting any maintenance issues
Liaising with contractors
Greeting visitors
Online and grocery shopping if necessary
Occasionally serving food and beverages / set the table
Arranging flowers
Plant care and watering
Running errands
Accepting deliveries
Maintaining good relationships with other staff members / managers
Working as a part of a team
Dog-friendly - dog walking at times
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Service-oriented mindset with a polite and welcoming demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player willing to assist where needed.
