A reputed Software company is looking for **SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ANALYST/TESTER.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Working within the technical team, specifically on the software design, development & testing of the web-based product
- Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability
- Preparation and Execution of the full test cycle of software testing
- Manual, Automation & Performance Testing of web based is a must
- Create tests to identify software problems
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
- Document results of tests for the software development team
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
- Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs
- Research and compare similar competitor products
**- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements**
**Experience / Skills Desired**
- Ability to work effectively with all co-workers as a good team player
- Minimum 4 years of experience in web-based Software Testing
- Ideally having domain experience in finance and ERP systems
- Experience in Manual, Automation & Performance testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Automation Tools (Ruby cucumber, Selenium, Protractor)
- Experience in Performance Tools (JMeter)
- Programming background will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
