As an Arabic Speaking Client Service Agent, you will be part of a fun and vibrant team that is known for its excellent service and customer satisfaction. You must be enthusiastic about working in the courier industry. You will interact with customers on a daily basis, creating relationships, addressing problems, and determining their service needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to converse with Arabic language
- Handling customer complaints
- Confirming local routed pick ups
- Following up on non-delivered shipments
- Handling international shipments
- Following up with counter parts
- Preparing MIS reports

Females are preferred.
