**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Consultative Selling**: Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.






- **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our insurance offerings. Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- The insurance advisor will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a risk analysis, and present them with customized proposals as per their requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 2 - 10 years’ Experience in Sales with 2 years of Sales Experience in Insurance or Banking Sector.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.






- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
