We are a dynamic interior design company in Dubai specializing in high-quality vinyl wrapping for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and furniture. As our business grows, we are in need of a rockstar sales executive and customer service representative to manage our increasing volume of lead inquiries and manage ongoing projects.

The right person will be the virtual face of the company as the first point of contact for each potential client. Clients typically contact us through various messenger platforms like WhatsApp and social media. You will be responsible for creating a great first impression through prompt, informative and professional responses to each incoming lead.

**Primary Responsibilties**






- The main responsibility of this role is to receive and promptly respond to incoming messages & inquiries from new leads looking for our services.
- Provide potential customers with information about or services
- Coordinate site visits between our sales team and new leads
- Coordinate ongoing projects and new project dates between customers and our installation team.
- Maintain a clear and up to date lead pipeline in our CRM software called "Kommo".

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Address customer queries and maintain high customer retention quality.
- Respond promptly to incoming leads via messaging and social media platforms, providing information about our services and initial engagement.
- Follow up with leads who previously contacted us to nurture each lead and progress leads through the lead qualification and sales pipelines.
- Collect and analyze project pictures sent by clients to prepare preliminary project estimates.






- Coordinate and manage the schedules of our sales team to schedule property visits and site inspections with new leads.
- Coordinate and manage the project schedules of our installation team for upcoming confirmed projects.
- Follow up with clients to encourage continued engagement, confirm appointments, and finalize agreements.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in sales, and customer service roles preferably in a home service business (B2C)
- Proven experience in sales development and customer relationship management role, especially handling incoming leads through messaging apps like WhatsApp.
- Proven experience working in a similar role for a home service-based business.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with an emphasis on written communication.






- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with using CRM software, messaging apps, scheduling tools like Google Calendar, and basic project management platforms. Familiarity with digital communication tools and the ability to learn new software quickly is essential.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, especially when dealing with multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to notice and remember small details that could significantly impact client satisfaction and project success.
- Persistence in following up with leads and clients, ensuring no opportunity is missed and every client feels valued.
- A positive attitude,





even when dealing with difficult situations or clients, and the resilience to handle setbacks and continue to strive for success.
