**Procurement Officer - Interior Fit-Out**
- Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures
- Identifying and assessing potential suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitoring market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Managing the procurement budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Overseeing the purchasing process, including requisition, purchase order, and invoice approval
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical procurement practices
- Managing the inventory and storage of purchased goods
- Collaborating with other departments to understand their needs and ensure they are met






- Identifying and managing risks associated with procurement activities.
- **Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required**_
- Procurement Field: 4 years (required)
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft office especially in Ms. Excel & Word (Microsoft Office)
- Purchasing, vendor negotiations experience required.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and cost estimation
- Should be fluent in English language.
- Must be inside UAE location

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
