Operations Executive - Female Role

Has a positive "can do" attitude
- A strong work ethic and a sharp-eye and attention to detail
- A well-organized, diligent and reliable person
- Past experience or interest in the fashion industry (Garment manufacturing experience is a BIG PLUS)

Key Responsibilities ;
- Daily monitoring of sales report / order tracking
- Market visits and purchasing of materials
- Supplier management and building a data base of all fabrics accessories and trims and frequently updating the stock on hand of all materials used in production & packaging.
- Supervision and daily management of the production schedule and process.
- Following up on order deliveries and managing returns/exchanges






- Assisting the Creative Director on shoot days and special events.
- Monthly reporting of sales, production & expenses.

Core Skills:

- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with people management & operations tracking
- Working experience in MS Office (Excel, powerpoint)

Extra Advantages
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is an advantage
- Driver license is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
