Job Description: Concierge Sales Representative (Commission-based, Work from Home)
**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to understand their needs and sell membership packages for Noble Way Conciergerie Service.
Provide detailed information about our services, highlighting the unique value propositions and benefits to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and ensuring their satisfaction.
Actively prospect for new leads and identify opportunities to expand the customer base through targeted outreach and networking.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets,
consistently meeting or surpassing key performance indicators.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position and differentiate our services.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented or hospitality-related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and overcome objections.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Customer-centric mindset,
with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive client information with care.
Must have a dedicated home office setup, including a reliable laptop and phone for conducting sales calls and accessing necessary software.
Compensation:

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
