**Position Vacant**: Life Guard for Hotel Health Club / Swimming pool at Dubai.
**Full Job Description**:

- Pool lifeguard primarily objective is to ensure the safety and well being of the hotel Guests and Visitors.
- Keep the pool area clean and well maintained and also to ensure water hygienic and safety standards are met at all times.
- Additionally welcome Guests to the pool facility and always be courteous and friendly to guests, be attentive to their needs, handle problems in a professional manner and are conscious of the importance of safety.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool.






- Ensure that proper pool testing has taken place prior to Guests using the facility.
- Ensure all Guests are registered prior to using the pool and are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
- Makes sure the swimming pool is clean and constantly monitors swimming pool activity.
- Ensure the sun loungers are clean; umbrellas are in working shape and, in the correct position and proper working condition.
- Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling.
- Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid.
- To regularly check the temperature of the pool to ensure they are at set standard.
- Assist in the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool area.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Head of Department.
- Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.






- Follow company policies and procedures at all times and proper grooming and personal appearance to be maintained

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to work long hours in an outside environment are essentials.
- Good command of English and good interpersonal abilities are an advantage.
- **With lifeguard license and first aid certificate**:

- Excellent swimmer with Basic Schooling
- 1 to 2 years hotel or club experience as a life guard
- Age 20 - 35 years old
- UAE life guard License/Certification**:Mandatory**:

- First aid certificate (preferred)

**Qualification**
1. Minimum education of Bachelor or Under Graduate with relevant Experience.
2. Hotel lifeguard: 1 or 2 years (required)
3- You must be available for interview inside UAE on visit visa or cancel Visa.

- **Other Allowance**:
1-Every month some amount as Service benefit (between 200 - 1500 Dhs ) will be shared with all staff on achievement of Revenue target by Hotel.

**2-Annual Leave**: One month paid leave will be allowed upon completion of 1 year of service.
**3-Ticket**: One Return Air Ticket allowance to the home country upon completion of every 2 years of service.
4- Medical insurance card by Company
5. Gratuity: As per UAE Laws upon confirmation of employment after successful completion of probation.
6. Probation Period: 6 Months from the date of joining.

**Salary**: AED1,400.00 - AED1,700.00 per month







Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- lifeguard license: 1 year (required)

- Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

- Lifeguard License valid in UAE (required)
