**Role**: UX and UI Designer

Job brief

We are looking for a UX Designer to optimize our website. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.

In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand financial exchange business knowledge and user psychology
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Create personas through user research and data
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs






- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to product manager who is responsible for trading business
- Advocate for our users with a strong sense of user empathy, and awareness at scale.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree in the field of user experience, design, research or related fields; for example,

Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors/HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Sciences OR alternative equivalent project/portfolio experience
- Familiarity with collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Product Management and

Engineering
- Experience with utilizing design tools for wireframing, prototyping, creating mockups, etc.; ex: Axure, Figma and Sketch
- While this role is focused on UX design, knowledge of visual design elements including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy is beneficial
- More than one-year relevant work experience

Bonus points
- Speak multiple languages and/or have spent significant time abroad






- Well connected in the crypto and/or payments industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 2 years (preferred)
