Looking for a female admin assistant for a home service salon.
Job Details:
- handle all online enquiries from whatsapp, social media and incoming calls
- contact clients to confirm address, map location, delay and early arrival of crew to coordinate logistics
- scheduling of staffs, check-in and out process work flow.
- coordination of crew and driver
Compensation:
Dhs2000 salary + free accommodation and transport + medical insurance + employment visa + compensation as per UAE law
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Arabic (preferred)
