**JOB PURPOSE**
**Main Responsibilities**
- Receive training in Dubai of standard operating procedure from DXBlends representatives.
- Studies and understand about all DXBlends products and operational requirements.
- Complete all works and arrangement regarding opening the DXBlends Café.
- Ensure to achieve sales and profit targets set by DXBlends.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the store.
- Ensure all staff is following standard operating procedures.
- Generate daily sales report
- Follow daily and weekly sales trends closely.
- Present analysis of monthly sales report at monthly management meeting.
- Ensure the long-term health and profitability of the store.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
- Suggesting new menu items based on customers’ preferences and feedback.
- Able to oversee the maintenance and repair of store equipment.
- Build brand recognition and awareness through marketing campaign and in-store promotions
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Coffee Shop & Restaurant management experience
- Experience in customer service

- Excellent speaking and written communication in English.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proven success as a team leader and member.
- Demonstrates a high-level of self-motivation; takes initiative; problem solves.
Possesses creative merchandising and display skills.
