Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Guest Experience:
- Communicate with the guests upon arrival, provide them with a warm and friendly introduction to the property, and assist with check-in procedures.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, striving to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
- Ensure that guests are familiarized with the amenities and features of the holiday home, including any special services or activities available.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance and recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
Reservation Management:
- Manage guest reservations through the booking system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Assist guests with booking inquiries, providing detailed information about accommodation options, availability, rates, and policies.
- Process reservation requests, confirm bookings, and coordinate special requests or arrangements as needed.
- Monitor reservation trends and occupancy levels, adjusting availability and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise effectively with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, Admin and management to ensure seamless coordination of guest services.
- Communicate relevant information to guests regarding property rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the holiday homes through various channels and initiatives.
- Handle guest feedback and reviews, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and other relevant information in the property management system.
- Prepare and distribute reports on occupancy rates, revenue performance, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining guest databases.
Qualifications:
- Holiday Homes Experience is plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle guest complaints or conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
