**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Relations**:

- Warmly welcome guests and provide a professional introduction to the property and its amenities.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring guest comfort.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Property Inspections**:

- Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Submit inspection reports and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Provide clear information about property rules and safety procedures.

**Operations Management & Interior Styling**:







- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
- Oversee the furnishing and interior design of properties to ensure they meet company standards and appeal to guests.
- Assist with tasks such as property viewings, key management, and transportation as needed and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in holiday homes industry / Hospitality.
- Experience with interior design and furnishing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and professionalism.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

**Must Have Valid UAE driving licence with own Car**

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
