We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity for the position of Draftsman for Interior Design & Fit Out at KEA Building Contracting LLC. If you have a passion for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interiors, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed drawings and plans for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to produce high-quality and precise technical drawings.






- Coordinate with clients and contractors to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and standards to ensure the implementation of best practices in design and drafting.

**Qualifications**:

- Drafting Experience: Prior experience in drafting for interior design projects, including residential or commercial spaces.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous drafting work that highlights attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the UAE.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Education and Technical Skills**:

- Degree or Diploma: A formal education in drafting, architecture, interior design, or a related field is often preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD Software: Mastery in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit,





or similar programs used for creating technical drawings and blueprints.
- Understanding of Design Principles: Familiarity with interior design concepts and principles to accurately translate designer’s concepts into technical plans.
- Knowledge of Building Codes: Awareness of local building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with legal requirements.
- Knowledge of 3D Modeling: Understanding or experience in 3D modeling software to create visual representations of designs.
- Familiarity with Materials: Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods used in interior design to accurately represent them in drawings.
