Berry Building Materials Trading LLC, is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Key Accounts Manager - Sales.

As a Key Accounts Manager, you would be required to maintain good relationships, negotiate deals with current customers, and bring in new ones to drive business. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy. As a member of our team, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to our customers as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.






- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Prepare quotations and invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a key account manager.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.






- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree;

**A UAE driving license is required.**

**You will be required to pass the test, interview, 1-day training, and the final interview before the final selection.**

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 4 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (required)
