We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Ladies Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the efficient and successful operation of our salon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Development: - Recruit, hire, and train salon staff, including hair stylists, estheticians, nail technicians, and support staff. - Provide ongoing coaching,





feedback, and performance evaluations to staff to help them achieve their professional and personal goals. - Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Client Experience: - Ensure that all clients receive a high-quality, personalized experience from the moment they walk in the door. - Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism, aiming for satisfactory resolutions. Salon Operations: - Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including opening and closing procedures, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Manage inventory, order supplies, and track product usage to maintain a well-stocked salon. - Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Financial Management: - Develop and manage the salon's budget, including setting prices, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue. - Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients, driving revenue growth.





Product Knowledge and Sales: - Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and services, and train staff accordingly. - Encourage staff to upsell services and products to increase overall salon revenue. Appointment Management: - Oversee appointment scheduling to optimize staff productivity and client satisfaction. - Monitor and manage appointment bookings through salon software. Quality Control: - Ensure that all services provided meet the salon's standards of quality and client satisfaction. - Conduct periodic assessments and audits of staff performance and provide constructive feedback. Administrative Duties: - Handle administrative tasks, including payroll, staff scheduling, and record-keeping.





- Prepare and analyze salon reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Previous experience in salon or spa management, at least 3 years - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Knowledge of salon software and scheduling systems. - Familiarity with beauty and wellness products and trends. - Business acumen and financial management skills. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. - Cosmetology or esthetician license (preferred but not required). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
