Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Creating new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Following production plans and proper handover of shifts.
- Ensuring best hygiene practices, cleaning of storage facilities in the section.
- Responsible for proper storage and labeling procedures based on HACCP standards.
- Trade certificate in Bakery/Confectionary or apprenticeship in a recognized hotel or catering company/School certificate.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a 4/5 star hotel or a catering company.
- Food, Accommodation and Transportation provided.
**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
