We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Sales Officer** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and online research.
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct product presentations and demos, articulating the features, benefits, and ROI of our software solutions.
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and timely transition.
- **Customer Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions.
- **Market Research**:





Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to position our software effectively in the market.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales
- **Technical Aptitude**: Strong understanding of software products and the ability to quickly grasp complex solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to C-level executives.
- **Negotiation & Closing Skills**: Proven ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
- **CRM Tools**: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, sales activities,





and customer interactions.
- **Self-Motivated**: Strong drive for success and personal achievement, with a proactive and resilient attitude.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
