Chairman Personal Assistant required with minimum experience 10 years, Arabic nationality is must.
Job responsibilities: -1. Prepare & Schedule meetings
2. Fixing appointments for the customers and guests to the Chairman.
4. Income & Outcome from all managers in the head office or branch managers for the Chairman.
5. Send the administrative circulars and decisions issued by the head office to all branches.
6. Archiving the files of the Chairman
7. Follow-up of semi-annual reports and annual reports with all branches.
8. Handling annual leave list.
9. Updating the list of resigning employees, new employees. and increment letters.
10.
Updating the salaries of employees to the Chairman of the Board of Directors (Per month)
11. Follow up the work of the secretarial department in reception and meet new applicants.
12. List of furniture in every branch.
