We are looking for Time Keeper for our client in construction industry who will be responsible for accurately recording and managing employee work hours and contributing to the overall efficiency of company operations. Responsibilities:

- Record and maintain accurate time and attendance records for all construction personnel.
- Monitor and document daily work hours, including start and end times, breaks, and overtime.
- Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure accurate project tracking.
- Prepare and submit timesheets and payroll reports in a timely manner.






- Assist in resolving time-related discrepancies and issues.
- Track and report on project progress in terms of labour hours.
- Manage and maintain timekeeping software and systems.
- Keep records of leave and absence requests for construction staff.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating shifts as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in time-related matters.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in timekeeping or a related administrative role is a plus.
- Proficient in timekeeping software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency in spreadsheet and timekeeping software.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in timekeeping.
