**Summary of profile**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the general manager to manage restaurant operations to consistently high standards
- Effectively control the flow of guests and orders throughout service
- Ensure restaurant team maximise all sales opportunities
- Provide ongoing training to staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge
- control and maintain inventory levels
- participate in handling cost control
- complete daily paperwork
- complete necessary shift reports
- professionally handle comments, complaints and suggestions from guests and take decisive action where needed

**Work experience**






- Minimum 2 years of exprience as a supervisor or in a related role at a Restaurant or in F&B; industry associated.
- Preferably at least 2 years of total UAE experience

**Educational qualifications**
- High school education or a Diploma in Hospitality is required.
- Hospitality certificate from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.

**Essential skills, Abilities & competencies required.**
- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
- Fluent in ENGLISH
- Team Player
- Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
