Location: Dubai

**Salary**: AED 2,500

Job Qualification & Responsibilities:

- A minimum 1 year of proven relevant experience is a must
- Superior listening, verbal, & written communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- In charge of providing satisfactory solutions to customers' concerns
- De-escalate situations involving complaints of dissatisfied customers
- Manage a large amount of incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:





Up to AED2,500.00 per month
