Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the activities of guests to ensure they are enjoying their stay and addressing any concerns they may have
- Coordinating with other departments such as housekeeping, engineering, and facilities to ensure that all repairs or maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Conducting staff meetings with department heads to discuss issues and concerns related to employee morale or productivity
- Ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are followed by staff members
- Creating reports that detail the status of hotel operations and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinating with vendors such as caterers, event planners, limousine services,
and florists to ensure that events run smoothly
- Determining staffing needs for each shift based on the number of reservations and anticipated occupancy rate for that time period
- Providing customer service to guests by answering questions about hotel facilities and services
- Assisting in the resolution of customer complaints by working with management to find solutions that are acceptable to all parties involved
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
