We are looking for a passionate client servicing executive with minimum _2-3 years of experience working in an _**advertising/product development/digital/events agency **_in a client management/servicing role dealing with clients_
- Experience in writing creative briefs, juggling multiple projects and managing creative output in an agency is absolutely mandatory
- Meet and exceed clients’ expectations in terms of responsiveness, timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- High involvement in Market Research and cold calling skills.
- Experienced in generating leads and business development.
- Inspiring repeat business from new & existing clients.
- Creating a project plan for end-to-end Product Development.
- Creating and conducting presentations.
- Monitoring, measuring and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Liaising with different departments about client queries.
- Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
SKILLS
- Excellent in Spoken and written English, Confident, Creative, Up to date with Industry offerings
- Excellent in Presentation making skills.
- Identify potential clients, create connections and present company during a meeting Follow-up and proactively pitch for query/new business.
- Deliver and prepare sales pitches, that describes product or services.
- Making proposal presentations and should be able to present the same to the clients.
- Coordinating with operations team and creative team to execute as per clients' expectations.
- Should have skills to organically grow business with the same client.
- All work has to reflect due diligence, Ownership, proper research,
inputs in every sphere, fire and pride of working on that project.
- Should be a people's person.
