Real Estate HR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture within the organization. Leveraging your extensive experience in the UAE market, you will lead HR operations, implement strategic HR policies, and support the company's growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.






- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices in the UAE.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Management, preferably within the real estate industry**:

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate industry trends, challenges, and best practices for talent acquisition.
- Experience in developing and delivering real estate-specific training programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in HR software and technologies.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
