**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and warm attitude.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and answer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Check-in patients, gather necessary information, and assist with completing required forms.
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold our clinic's professional image.
- Handle billing and insurance-related inquiries, processing payments accurately.
- Communicate treatment plans and financial options to patients as directed by the medical team.
- Manage electronic health records and maintain patient confidentiality.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathetic and courteous attitude when dealing with patients' needs and concerns.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer software for appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality.

**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month
