**Role Description**
Are you ready to join and be part of a high-performing team?
You will have to advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and respond to client enquiries
- Qualify new leads
- Conduct viewings with potential clients
- Attend developer launches and training sessions
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and projects
- Find and reach out to new prospects
- Negotiate and close deals
**Requirements**:
- Real Estate experience
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- German speaker
