As an Operations Supervisor for our holiday homes division, you will be a key player in ensuring the efficient management and exceptional quality of our vacation rental properties. You will collaborate closely with various teams, property owners, and service providers to enhance guest satisfaction, uphold property standards, and drive the growth of our holiday homes portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of holiday homes,





including check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning schedules. Ensure that properties are well-maintained, clean, and equipped with necessary amenities. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as required to uphold property quality.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, serving as the main point of contact for their operational needs.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for improving the guest experience. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and adhere to safety regulations. Implement and enforce property guidelines to maintain consistency in guest experiences.
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues arising from guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in property management,





hospitality, or vacation rentals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid UAE driver license and to be join immediately.
