1- Recruitment Data Entry and new employee procedures and file management.
2- Documentations uploaded for all staff & Government agency's work.
3- Manage HR & Staffing Module in the ERP
4- Arrangements of staff uniforms, and company accommodation items as per company policy
5- Manage the housing assets
6- Attending all seminars & educational sessions related to work law & check with Ministry with all
updates on the law.
7- Coordinate the orientation program for the new staff in each department.
8- Review the current & future recruitment plan with the management for execution.
9- Monitor & control HR documents & maintain HR confidential papers.
10- Control the overtime, salary, increments,
penalty and all HR financial actions
paperwork arrangements.
12- Coordinate with Finance to obtain financial approval for the new & replacement positions.
13- Create & update regularly company policy related to HR.
14 Educate staff about HR policies & local laws in line with company standards.

HR and new staff hiring.

21- Record and monitoring the company's assets
22- Record the absence, violations and damages history
23- Assist and coordinate with other admin members
