Security Supervisor

Librak Security & Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee our team of security personnel. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, managing the daily operations of our security team, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they are trained, equipped, and deployed effectively
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security and safety
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all security-related incidents and activities
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies,





and alarms in a timely and appropriate manner
- Ensure that all security protocols and procedures are followed, and that all equipment is maintained and in good working order
- Liaise with clients, other members of staff, and external agencies as required
- Conduct regular training sessions for the security team to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest security procedures and technologies
- Identify areas for improvement in the security operations and work with the management team to implement changes and improvements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Ability to use security equipment and technology effectively
- High level of integrity and professionalism

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:





AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
