**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of Airbnb properties, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist in budget management and financial reporting.
- Support the onboarding process for new properties and homeowners.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote properties and attract new clients.
- Prepare regular reports on property performance and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:







- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or property management sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
