We are looking for an ambitious **Property Advisor**
**We will definitely match** if you have:
1. Successful experience in real estate sales from 1 year;
2. Positive thinking and a high level of empathy;
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with anyone;
4. Readiness for constant learning and development;
5.
Proficiency in written and spoken English at least Intermediate;
6. You already live in Dubai, or are ready to move.
**Will be a plus**:
Experience with CRM (Google Data Studio/Tableau/Pipedrive, Hubspot).
**What we expect from you**:
1. Professional negotiation: coordination of positions, bringing negotiations to a result, search for compromise solutions;
2. Search, selection of real estate on request;
3. In-depth knowledge in sales (the ability to identify a need, present yourself and the project, answer customer questions, sign a contract);
4. Registration of transactions;
5. Work on the development of a personal brand;
6. Accompanying the client at all stages of the transaction.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
