**Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder for AI Camera Company**
Position: Executive Assistant to CEO/Founder
Reports: To CEO/Founder
Location: Bullseye Sky Dubai Office

Smarter AI is a software platform for AI cameras founded in 2018. Because each AI camera use case requires unique AI models, Smarter AI cameras:
- Download AI models like apps on a phone, and are
- Supported by AI Store, our growing ecosystem of AI models and developers, to
- Enable any camera network with precision AI for trusted data and decisions.
**The Position**
The Assistant will play an important role in supporting our growing international business. The incumbent requires both technical and personal skills,
as he/she will often act as the first point of contact with people outside our organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Help the CEO oversee the growth of Smarter AI’s international technology business
- Manage calendars; book travel and accommodation
- Organize meeting agendas, materials, and minutes
- Research accurate information and summarize findings
- Maintain electronic filing systems
- Act as informed gatekeeper for customers, suppliers, and team members
- Maintain confidentiality of all business, corporate, personnel matters
- Work closely with the CEO; take on additional responsibilities to conserve his time
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience: 5+ years executive assistant
3+ years personal assistant
2+ years international experience
- Qualifications: University degree or college diploma
Literate in accounting and corporate governance
Write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally
Complete multiple tasks accurately, independently, and on time
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, discretion, and integrity
- Software: Expert Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office skills
**Salary**: Up to AED17,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- personal assistant: 4 years (preferred)
