Commi 2 (Pastry Section)

We are looking for an experienced **Commi 2 (Pastry section)** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- To maintain a high standard of specified work in accordance with the Chef’s instructions
- Ensure quality standards in food and service
- Creatively pastry work and decoration on all cakes, as well as desserts
- To keep high standards of personal hygiene, clean uniform and overall camaraderie
- Assist with customer service, cake consultations, ordering and other customer service as required
- To be punctual for work and report directly to the manager on duty on arrival in the kitchen
- To have an understanding of menu planning, the implementation of stock controls, the importance of good stock management,





and how this enables the kitchen to meet gross profit
- Work in a team environment with a high degree of professionalism while handling multiple priorities to produce efficient service;
- Responsible for submitting orders for food and supplies necessary for running the kitchen;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 1 year of UAE experience in pastry section.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Must have an outgoing personality, a cheerful attitude, and the will to succeed;

**Experience**:

- UAE Pastry Chef: 1 year (preferred)
