**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
- E-commerce development
**Qualifications & Specifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a social media analyst,
social media strategist, social media executive, or in a similar position.
- Proven experience in social media analytics or web, e-commerce, digital product, or channel strategy
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.
- Excellent written, and oral communication, project management, and presentation
- Content Marketing
- Marketing Analytics
- Video Marketing
- Basic design skills
- Strong negotiation skills, persistence, and resilience
- Website development skills, including SEO/SEA;
- Digital skills to develop and execute successful campaigns.
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- sales marketing and social media: 2 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Driving License (required)
Willingness to travel:
