**RAK Academy Khuzam**
RAK Academy (Khuzam) provides both primary and secondary British and IB learning pathways from Pre-K to Grade 12 for 1600 international and local students.
**The Role**
The RAK Academy Khuzam school is looking for a positive, driven and inspirational Physical Education Teacher to join the team.
The role will be predominantly based on the secondary school, however, it may require some teaching in the primary school.
**Essential**
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning.
- Be highly proficient in the use of technology to support teaching and learning.
- Engage, motivate and support students.
- Be a reflective practitioner with the ability to think creatively and innovate.
- Be a positive and enthusiastic member of staff and have a growth mindset.
- Be willing to be fully involved in extra-curricular activities.
- Have excellent communications skills.
**Desirable**
- Experience of delivering different sports to a high level.
- Coaching experience.
- Experience of using Google suite, e.g., Google classroom.
- Have a proven record of increasing student outcomes.

Our UK curriculum is implemented across our three branches: Khuzam, Al Hamra, and Al Rams. In addition to the UK curriculum, we are proud to offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) at our Khuzam branch. The IB consists of two programs: The Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP).
