We are looking for an active, enthusiastic and dynamic Producer to join our production team.
The producer must possess excellent communication skills and a sharp personality to collaborate with productions tasks and ensures the workflow meets the deadline.
**Qualifications + Skillset**
- Proven experience in production at an advertising agency or production company with oversight responsibilities for multiple projects
- Strong post production background
- Must have entrepreneurial character traits
- Must have sales and relationship building abilities
- Business and relationship building
- Management of a team and departments
- Experience in managing production and post-production.
- Video Production,
Branding and marketing knowledge.
- Ability to strategize and plan for the business.
- Accounts and budgeting knowledge.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Have understanding legal elements around film and business, from contracts to negligence, delict and Intellectual property.
- Arabic speaking
- Strong negotiation ability is a must.
