**Job Purpose**:

- To ensure the quality of fruits and vegetables meets standards from suppliers, throughout processing and packaging.
- To quality checks, address issues, audits, and develop improvement initiatives.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:

- Check fruits and vegetables for quality from suppliers and ensure processing and packaging meet standards.
- Address quality issues quickly with team collaboration, conduct regular audits for food safety
- Develop plans to improve product quality, implement HACCP and ISO standards, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Send quality reports within 24 hours,





maintain records of activities, and train staff on quality control
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues, initiate third-party audits as needed.
- Organize facilities and present documents during external audits.
- Follow up with suppliers for credit notes.
- Perform additional duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
