IT Manager.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join a dynamic team. This critical role

requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of at least five years in a

managerial IT role in retail, preferably in the Food and Beverage sector.

Areas of Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for board inquiries regarding IT matters.
- Manage and oversee all IT operations, including network security, data

management,





and hardware and software support for implementing and

maintaining the POS system and Microsoft server infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and

compliance.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement,

and support cost-effective technology solutions.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating

job expectations, and appraising their performance.
- Prepare and manage the IT department's budget.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements relevant to the

retail industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance technology, such as mobile
- Implement, execute, and control CCTV systems.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new vendor analysis and selection

according to business needs and perform critical analyses of current vendors to

assess performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with company objectives.






- Actively negotiate contracts with both existing and prospective vendors to secure

advantageous terms.

Continuously review and manage vendor relationships throughout the duration of

agreements.

Qualifications:
1. UAE National

2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related

field.

3. Accredited certifications in Information Technology.

4. Minimum of (5) Five years in a managerial IT role in retail, preferably in the Food

and Beverage sector. (MUST)

5. Strong knowledge of relevant retail technologies.

6. Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse IT team.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: Up to AED1,800.00 per month
