Must learn and be familiar with the products and services offered by their companies and have the ability to learn fast and able to come up with various sales techniques.
A Tele sales Executive must performs many of the following tasks:

- Managing accounts
- Meeting setups
- Helping clients
- Calling prospective clients
- Up-selling
