School Bus Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Transport children to school by picking-up children at assigned stops; instructing children when it is safe to board the vehicle; established loading and unloading procedures,
- Maintains safe conditions while traveling by enforcing safety and discipline rules and following all vehicle and driving laws as outlined by the School & DoT
- Take daily attendance of students
- Physically check the bus after every trip to be sure that no child is left behind
- Provide assistance to students in fastening their seatbelts and ensure that they are properly strapped in throughout the journey.






- Ensure that all students are seated while the bus is running and fasten their seat belts in the seats that have belts and not allow students to sit on the middle seat in the back row.
- Ensure that the student’s guardian or representative is present to receive him at the arrival point, and inform the school’s transportation in-charge if he is not present, in preparation for returning him to the school after delivering the rest of the students to their destinations.
- Controlling any misconduct by students, ensuring their safety during the trip, and informing the school's transportation in-charge of any incident
- Ensure that the entrances, exits and corridors of the bus, including the emergency exit, are clear of any obstacles during the trip.
- Helping students cross the road.
- Assistance in evacuating the bus in case of emergency.
- Not eating, drinking or using the smartphone while the students are on the bus.






- Temperature checks must be carried out for each child before pickup from home and school & Make sure that all students are wearing the masks
- The supervisor must ensure that the bus is clean, tidy, and clean inside and outside every day.
- Oversee student behavior within the bus and intervene during untoward incidents such as bullying
- Reports any delays in pickup/drop off to parents
- Prepare reports such as attendance, schedules and student

**Requirments**:

- Previous School Bus Supervisor Minimum 1 year.

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 per month
