Job Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of Aesthetic Medicine and services.
2. Providing great patient care.
3. Providing patient education and knowledge.
4. Achieving monthly targets.
5. Performing analytical and data entry tasks.
6. Answering patient calls, emails, and questions, including finding insurance estimates.
7. Confidentially managing patient accounts.
8. Scheduling patient visits and answering pre-visit questions, including about billing.
9. Ensuring compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements.
10. Providing patient consultations and recommending treatments.
11. Discussing cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with the patient.

Working as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.
13. Scheduling any necessary outpatient appointments.
14. Getting prior authorizations for procedures.
15. Scanning documents into patient charts.
16. Meeting with patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care.
17. Assisting care team with setting goals for quality assurance and best practices.
18. Providing community resources and referrals for continuing care.
19. Requesting information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Wellness/Aesthetic: 2 years (Required)
